Short description
On rock n. 44, in the central portion, two axes-halberds with half-moon cut, are realized with the scratchingtechnique. They are strictly compared with iron axes found in tombs of Central Alpine area, dated between the third century B.C. and the first century A.D.
The Latin poet Horace, in the ode dedicated to Drusus, remembers these weapons among the ones used by the Alpine population known as Reti during the Iron Age.>
